Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Pacific Business Digital Initiative first-year price is a special launch offer and all payments are final. There are no refunds, whether you pay $1,500 AUD once or $700 AUD a month for 3 months, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Paying in three monthly payments is a commitment to the full first year: $2,100 AUD in total. Cancelling does not cancel the payments you have agreed to. If you cancel before all three payments are made, the remaining payments stay owed and we may collect them using the card you paid with. Your service runs for the first 12 months while the payments are made. From month 13, the $250 AUD monthly plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month already paid.

You can cancel your Sky High Pacific subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or WhatsApp 0472 969 696. Your website, app and business portal remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month for which you have paid. No further charges apply. Monthly payments are non-refundable for the current period once a billing cycle has started.

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. The service remains active until the end of your 12-month term. Annual payments are non-refundable once the term has begun, except where required by applicable consumer law. Because annual billing already includes two months free, partial refunds are not provided for early cancellation.

Sky High Business Care is an optional monthly add-on. You may cancel it at any time and it remains active until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.

Premium template purchases are one-time and non-refundable once the template has been applied to your site, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Domain registrations are processed through third-party registrars in your name. They are subject to the registrar's own terms and are non-refundable once registered.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your country.
