Does Sky High Pacific take a percentage of my customer payments?
No. You pay a flat monthly or annual subscription. All customer payments go directly to your own payment provider or bank arrangement. Sky High Pacific never takes a cut of your sales.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly billing is paid each month. Annual billing is paid once per year and gives you two months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12. Annual is the best value option and annual subscribers receive additional launch savings where eligible.
Why don't you show all market prices publicly?
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST. Tell us where your business operates and your business type, and we'll show you an approximate price in your local currency and the payment options available to you.
Is Sky High Business Care included?
No. Sky High Business Care is an optional paid add-on for businesses that want ongoing done-for-you updates. Standard technical support is included with every plan.
Is there a setup fee?
Through the Pacific Business Digital Initiative, the first 100 qualifying Pacific businesses get their entire first year — website, app, business portal and a directory listing — for $700 AUD a month for 3 months, or $1,500 AUD in one payment (indicative local-currency equivalents shown), roughly half the standard annual price at the one-payment price.
